Area Sales Executive

Join our dynamic and rapidly growing pet food company as a Field Sales Executive in the Chandigarh Tricity area. This is a vital on-the-ground role responsible for establishing our brand presence in local pet stores and generating revenue. We are looking for an energetic individual who is passionate about sales and comfortable hitting the field daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Retail Partner Acquisition: Visit and onboard new pet stores, veterinary clinics, and pet retailers within the assigned Chandigarh territory.
• Product Sales & Promotion: Present our range of high-quality pet food products, secure orders, and ensure proper product display and visibility in all partner stores.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with store owners and staff to drive repeat business and maximize sales volume.
• Market Feedback: Collect and report market intelligence, competitor activities, and retailer feedback to the head office team in Bangalore.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 CTC.
• Performance Incentives (Uncapped): Earn a generous 10% of the total monthly revenue you generate for the company. There is NO CAPPING on incentives, meaning your earning potential is limited only by your sales performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Previous background in Field Sales (FMCG, D2C, or similar) is preferred, but Freshers with strong communication and enthusiasm are also encouraged to apply.
• Residency: Applicant must be a current resident of Chandigarh, Mohali, or Panchkula.
• Mobility (Mandatory): Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and possess a valid driving license for daily field travel.
• Language Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English.
• Soft Skills: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in the field.
