Client Acquisition and Management: Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with milkmen and apartment complexes to grow the business . Sales Strategy Execution: Drive the execution of sales strategies, coordinating with stakeholders to acquire customers through below-the-line (BTL) activities and community engagement . Need Assessment: Conduct in-depth needs assessments of clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions . Relationship Building: Establish and maintain effective communication and relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty . Market Analysis: Analyze business potential and market conditions to develop strategies that boost business performance and client engagement . Feedback and Reporting: Gather client feedback and maintain records of interactions to ensure a high level of service and retention . Qualifications and SkillsEducational Background: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred . Experience: Proven experience in business development or client relationship management. Familiarity with the milk or related industry may be advantageous . Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and internal teams . Interpersonal Skills: Excellent networking abilities to build lasting professional relationships .
