Role Overview:

Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and expand B2B sales across Central/State Government, Defense, Education, and corporate sectors, etc., in HP.
Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads for office automation and IT integration solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, procurement officers, and key stakeholders.
Present, promote, and sell system integration solutions (office automation, IT, networking, AV, security solutions, etc.).
Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and service teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipelines, and provide regular reports to management.

Candidate Profile

Must have 3+ years of prior experience in B2B Govt. sales within a similar field/industry (office automation).
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Should own a four-wheeler / two-wheeler.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary:
Negotiable (based on experience)
Performance-based incentives monthly or quarterly, linked to targets.
Annual net profit sharing
(upon achieving yearly targets)
