Area Retail Manager / Area Cluster Manager

Brand Name - Go Colors Location for Vacancy -Surat region (nearby city) Vacancy post - Area Cluster Manager or Area Retail Manager Key Responsibilities: Oversee the performance of 8 to 10 number of retail stores within the assigned cluster. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and customer service targets. Ensure consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and brand standards across all locations. Analyze store performance reports and take corrective actions where necessary. Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate Store Managers and retail staff. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to avoid overstocking or stock outs. Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess store operations and employee performance. Drive local marketing and promotional initiatives to boost traffic and sales. Manage budgets, cost controls, and ensure optimal use of resources. Foster a positive and motivating work environment that aligns with the company’s culture and values. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 4–6 years of experience in multi-store retail management. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel frequently within the assigned cluster.
