Roles & Responsibilities:

• Establish and expand the brand's footprint in the market through a robust distribution network.
• Develop and implement market mapping, product placement, and pricing strategies to optimize profitability.
• Oversee and manage business operations.
• Drive the expansion of retail outlets, ensuring the opening of new stores aligns with growth objectives.
• Implement operational practices and enhance retail profitability.
• Develop and implement retail KPIs to improve operational efficiency, sales performance, and customer experience.
• Drive trade sales through a diverse distribution channel.
• Optimize channel profitability, manage budgets, and negotiate rental agreements.
• Foster relationships with partners, suppliers, and internal departments for aligned strategies.
• Identifying and analysing new malls, markets and towns for the purpose of opening up new retail outlets, providing information to retail development of the same
• Identifying and screening new franchisee's, for the purpose of taking them as channel partners.
• Helping in the negotiating the liability, rentals and costs involved in opening up new Lounges.
• Monitoring secondary sales, consumer promotions, forecasting, and merchandising and retail SOP adherence.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Maintain records related to sales

Candidate Requirements:

• Local candidate from Guwahati is preferred who is well versed with Assamese language.

• Experience: 4+ years of experience in handling retail trade sales channel especially EBOs
• Educational Qualification: Graduate/MBA
