We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 9 years of experience to join our team as an Area Receivables Manager in Equitas Small Finance Bank, located in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the receivable portfolio for efficient cash flow and minimize bad debts. Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates and reduce delinquencies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and enhance customer satisfaction. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Job Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role within the BFSI industry. Strong knowledge of inclusive banking, mortgages, and receivables. Proven track record of success in managing teams and driving business results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
