Key Responsibilities:

Manage
end-to-end PTL operations,
including hub management and last-mile delivery.
Ensure smooth functioning of
warehouses, branches, and routes
with cost efficiency.
Build and nurture
long-term customer relationships
, ensuring high satisfaction and service retention.
Identify and develop
new franchise opportunities
to expand the regional network.
Develop
new business opportunities
with retail and credit customers.
Lead and mentor
sales &operations teams
, driving performance and accountability.
Manage
vendor partnerships
, negotiating contracts and ensuring service quality.
Monitor market trends and competitors to support
pricing and business strategies
