Area Manager

Role Purpose Responsible for meeting annual sales and service targets, boosting Ashok Leyland brand visibility, and increasing market share in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities Market Share & Sales Achieve targeted market share for assigned product verticals in the area office. Drive sales performance in line with company goals. Product Launch Support Plan and execute activities for the successful launch of new products in the territory. Compliance & Process Ensure strict adherence to the PRISM Process at all channel and dealer locations. Team Leadership Lead, motivate, and manage the territory’s sales and service team. Build a performance-driven culture focused on results. Customer Relations Strengthen customer relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction. Cost & Profitability Management Monitor operational costs and implement cost-saving initiatives. Ensure dealer point profitability. Skills & Competencies: Proven track record of driving teams toward ambitious sales/service targets. Strong knowledge of Commercial Vehicle (CV) products and their components. Experience in both sales and service (advantageous). Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
