We are looking for an experienced leader with a passion for driving Fixed Deposit mobilization Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage branch team of 25 Fixed Deposit mobilization officers and support to achieve deposit targets.Develop and implement strategies to promote Fixed Deposit products and attract new customers.Build and maintain strong relationships with individual depositors.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to Fixed Deposit mobilization.Strong understanding of Fixed Deposit products.Qualifications:A Degree in a relevant fieldA minimum of 5+ years of experience in Fixed Deposit mobilization or a similar role in the banking, Nbfc, Nidhi or any financial services.Proven ability to lead teams and achieve deposit targets.ContactRegional Manager:Sanil VSMobile 9995130800Email sanilvs@southernmcs.co.in
