Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Planning for Sales - Setting monthly/quarterly/yearly plan with his team. Sales Volumes & Market share achievement in his areas as per the agreed plan. Channelizing efforts with Financial Institutions like Banks/NBFCs/Govt. bodies etc. for critical cases to aid the sales efforts through Channel Finance & Retail. Make Enquiry review & monitoring mechanisms with Area In charges weekly for the in order to target potential customers /areas. Implementing and evaluating the activities planned by AIs at their dealerships, and ensure its execution & monitoring, to create awareness in market. Monitoring competition activity in his areas, passing on critical information to HQ. Managing dealership health & coordinating the service effort in his areas. Build Brand Equity in his area through Activities, sales Promotions, Advertising etc. Forecast Industry trend for at least 3-6 months and Identify ways, means & mechanisms for growth, sustainability and new business opportunities. Keeping the Area team motivated & committed towards achieving company goals Ensure induction of funds at Dealer level and adequate level of total funds & dealer owned fund. Identifying the training needs for his subordinates. Ensure adherence of companies system and processes at dealership level. Plan billings as per the Red/Yellow/Green tehsil and plan for more conversions. Ensure coverage and dealership appointment in his area, by shortlisting and recommending for final interview. . Implementation of TS Procedures of the division including Regional Offices Support New Product Development by Market Intelligence, Surveys, providing market brief and periodic customer feedback

Preferred candidate profile

Handling 2-3 TE/TM, Coordinate with RFE, FA, Exchange Executive and to achieve target sales of his area. Handles DSPs & POs ; Coordinate with RFE, FA, Exchange Executive and to achieve assigned/projected target Sales of his area within stipulated time lines.
