Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage
end-to-end retail operations
of assigned stores across 3 states.
Drive
sales targets, profitability, and KPIs
(Revenue, Conversion, ASP, UPT).
Ensure
stock availability, shrinkage control, and inventory accuracy
.
Implement company
VM guidelines, SOPs, and brand standards
.
Monitor and reduce
stock loss, damages, and pilferage
.
Lead, train, and motivate
Store Managers and field teams
.
Conduct regular
store audits, performance reviews, and market visits
.
Ensure
customer service excellence
and grievance resolution.
Coordinate with
HO teams
(Merchandising, Supply Chain, HR, Finance).
Manage
new store openings
, if required.
Prepare and submit
MIS, sales reports, and action plans
.

Preferred candidate profile

5 to 10 years
of experience in
Footwear / Fashion / Apparel Retail
Minimum
3 to 5 years
in an
Area / Cluster / Regional Manager role
Mandatory experience managing
company-owned retail stores
Experience handling
multiple states
will be a strong advantage
