• 36 years in retail operations, preferably managing multiple outlets and ensuring profitability.

Role Summary

The Area Manager oversees retail operations across 15 stores+ within the assigned cluster.

The role is accountable for sales achievement, profitability, stock management, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. The incumbent leads and motivates store teams to drive performance, enhance customer experience, and ensure compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Financial

• Achieve sales and profitability targets for the cluster.
• Ensure accurate cash management, reconciliation, and expense control at outlets.

Customer Focus

• Drive footfall and enhance customer experience.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and effective CRM implementation.

People Management

• Lead, motivate, and develop store teams.
• Ensure operational readiness and resolve store-level issues promptly.

Operations

• Maintain stock accuracy, hygiene, and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure timely staff attendance and adherence to store SOPs.
