Experience: Minimum 6 years, with at least 3 years managing teams across states. Domain Expertise: At least 3 years of experience in the Education sector. Technical Skills: Strong analytical and statistical knowledge, proficient in Excel. Training Experience: Preferred if experienced in conducting training sessions. Interpersonal Skills: Extroverted, people-oriented, with the ability to handle diverse student learning abilities and motivate them effectively.
