Monitoring Compliance: Visit NF centers in assigned areas to ensure process adherence. LMS Management: Oversee NF Student Management System. Placement Follow-ups: Persistently contact graduates and coordinate with the placement team for employment outcomes. Reporting: Generate and share automated/manual reports at various intervals (daily, fortnightly, monthly, etc.). Project Support: Assist the Project Manager with analysis, observations, and backend details. Requirements Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred). Experience: Minimum 6 years, with at least 3 years managing teams across states. Domain Expertise: At least 3 years of experience in the Education sector. Technical Skills: Strong analytical and statistical knowledge, proficient in Excel. Training Experience: Preferred if experienced in conducting training sessions. Interpersonal Skills: Extroverted, people-oriented, with the ability to handle diverse student learning abilities and motivate them effectively.
