Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Area Manager to oversee operations in our Thrissur – Anthikad branch. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to drive performance in line with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage branch operations within the assigned area
• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of targets
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in any discipline
• Age: 35 – 45 years
• Experience: 5 to 10 years in a relevant role
• Open to both male and female applicants
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in deposits, chits, banking, or insurance sectors
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
