TERRITORY MANAGER Both male and female candidates can apply. Qualification : Degree or Diploma. 3 to 5 years experience in micro finance is required. Two-wheeler with license is mandatory. Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients. Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and meetings with prospective clients. Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and requests. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide feedback to the company on customer needs, product improvements, and market changes. Educate clients on the features, benefits, and advantages of products or services. Monitor territory performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals. Track sales activities, forecast sales potential, and report on progress. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of leads, prospects, and clients. Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure consistent product delivery and client satisfaction. Participate in company meetings, training, and product launches.
