Area Manager

As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of multiple stores or locations within a specific geographic region. Your main focus will be to ensure that all locations meet company standards, achieve sales targets, and maintain profitability. You will also play a key role in leading and developing teams, managing budgets, and implementing strategies to improve performance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and promote sales for the franchise - Take care of the activities of the franchise under your supervision - Support the marketing staff from the franchise Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in a similar role - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to manage budgets and implement strategies effectively Please note that this job is Full-time with a Day shift schedule and offers a performance bonus. The work location is required to be in person.
