As a member of the sales support team, your role will involve supporting and developing the Sales team to efficiently deliver Business Activities in alignment with the Business Strategy. Your key responsibilities will include: - Achieving Sales Targets - Engaging Customers and Key clients in marketing activities and sales promotion campaigns as designed by the organization - Managing training of the sales team with product knowledge, execution skills, and marketing trends - Aligning various stakeholders from accounting, supply chain, marketing, and HR to deliver Business effectively Qualifications required for this position include: - Bachelor's degree - Minimum 4 years of experience in Dairy industry The company also offers the following benefits: - Cell phone reimbursement - Health insurance - Paid sick time - Provident Fund You will be working full-time in a day shift schedule, with the opportunity for a performance bonus.
