Area Manager LAP

Role Overview: You will be responsible for selling Loan against Property (LAP) products for the organization. Your main tasks will include planning and executing the LAP strategy to ensure regional goals are met, identifying potential channel partners, controlling the distribution network, and handling documentation to support customers in building application files. Additionally, you will provide feedback to customers on loan status and work towards resolving any issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction within the team. This role requires a customer-centric approach and the ability to maintain a database, generate MIS reports, and provide regular updates. Key Responsibilities: - Sell Loan against Property (LAP) products for the organization - Plan and execute the LAP strategy to achieve regional goals - Identify potential channel partners and ensure tie-ups are in line with the business plan - Control and monitor distribution network and plan sales promotion activities - Handle documentation and support customers in building application files - Work with support functions to ensure optimum Turnaround Time (TAT) and service delivery - Provide feedback to customers on loan status and address any resolution required - Maintain a database, generate MIS reports, and provide regular reporting Qualifications Required: - PGDM/MBA from a reputable institute with a specialization in sales and marketing/finance - 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably with experience in selling LAP products - Age up to 30 years - Excellent communication skills - Ability to understand business financials and assess the health of cases - Strong relationship building and networking skills - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) - Field-based role with no direct team reporting, requiring high integrity and good analytical skills (Note: The additional details about the company were not included in the job description provided),
