- Review the work forecasts and determine your productivity requirements to produce during the day to meet the overall building objectives.
- Proactively identify and lead cost improvement initiatives to make it an efficient operation
- Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools

- Monitor complete operations FC+ LM of the assigned site and suggest & deploy improvements
- Coordinate with stakeholders for S&OP planning, HC planning, Quality metrices and other parameters
- Serve as a liaison between the internal and external stakeholders keeping in mind the objectives, limits, conformance and information privacy

Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of employee and performance management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Can push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
