Urgently required Area Manager for Chandigarh / Raipur Location

Position Overview:

The Area Manager - Expansion plays a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of our business within designated geographical areas. This role involves overseeing the establishment of new locations, managing liaising, and ensuring the successful implementation of expansion strategies. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Expansion Strategy:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for expanding our business presence within assigned territories.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential expansion opportunities and assess market demand.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define expansion goals and objectives.

New Location Setup:

  • Identify suitable locations for new outlets or branches based on market analysis and demographic trends.
  • Coordinate with real estate agents and landlords for site selection, negotiation, and lease agreements.
  • Oversee the setup of new locations, including Centre layout, Civil Requirement, and some local procurement.

Liaising Management:

  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures across all new locations.
  • Ensure and coordinate will Local legal authorities to get on time all the necessary certificates/empanelments/NOCs to run the Centre.
  • Monitor and evaluate operational performance, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.

Team Development:

  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to develop the skills and capabilities of the expansion team.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment conducive to achieving expansion targets.

Financial Performance:

  • Develop and manage budgets for new location setups, optimizing resource allocation and cost-efficiency.
  • Monitor financial performance indicators, such as revenue, liaising expenses, and profitability, taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing updates on expansion progress and financial metrics.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, vendors, and community organizations.

Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and community outreach activities to promote brand awareness and partnership opportunities.

Build up relationship with Nephrologist, Physician and respective doctors to increase footfall at the centre.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local Govt./Private Hospitals to get patients on referral Marketing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience in business expansion, preferably in the retail, hospitality, or service industry.

Strong leadership abilities with a track record of leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mind-set.

Knowledge of local market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.

Ability to travel frequently within assigned territories and work flexible hours as needed.
