Job Description

KEY OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB

To efficiently manage and grow the Autofin business, increase revenue and business in the allocated location.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to interact with customers, dealers, finance partners, and internal teams.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in auto loan sales (used car preferred; new car also acceptable).

MAJOR DELIVERABLES:

Create and execute effective strategies to boost revenue and grow the vertical.
Cultivate positive relationships with clients, including weekly and monthly engagement and handling Level 3 escalations at a national level.
Strong problem-solving skills to address issues related to loan disbursement and documentation.
Proactive approach to managing daily tasks and ensuring timely follow-up with all stakeholders.
Expand the client base of the Autofin vertical by acquiring new clients.
Knowledge of the RTO name transfer process and documentation requirements at local RTO offices.
Experience in a bank, NBFC, OEM/vehicle dealerships or used car loan aggregator preferred.
Ensure timely submission of operations reviews.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and drive continuous improvement within the process through Quality initiatives.
Identify areas for process improvement and create action plans for implementation.
Develop and implement action plans to achieve desired performance levels.
