Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Lead located in Kochi. The Area Lead will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, providing training to team members, and overseeing various activities to ensure targets are met. Additional responsibilities include conducting market analysis, negotiating with clients, and maintaining clear communication within the team.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for market analysis and strategic planning
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills for client interactions and team coordination
• Proven Sales experience and ability to develop and implement sales strategies
• Experience in Training team members for enhanced performance
• Leadership qualities, ability to work on-site, and meet targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Familiarity with tech communities and the ability to engage with tech-savvy individuals is an added advantage
