1. BP Management: Appointment, revenue planning, submission, and CDA.
2. Performance Targets:
- Average NPS > 70
- AMC retention 100%
- Mandatory Service > 95%
- IC to IC conversion > 60%
- IW to IC conversion > 30%
- 24-hour Installation Request > 95%
3. Service Quality:
- Maintain speed of service (TAT)
- Defective Spares Management
- Customer visits for escalations
4. Training and Development:
- Educate BPs on maximizing ROIs
- Review technical and soft skills
1. Experience in Consumer Durable Industry: Previous experience in a similar industry.
2. High Call Load Experience: Handling 8000+ call loads.
3. Customer Handling Experience: Experience in managing customer relationships.
Incentives is over and above the CTC.
