Area Head-Govt. & Institutional Banking

Your role as an Area Head - Retail Institutions in the Rural Banking department will involve the following responsibilities: - Ensure the achievement of budgets assigned to the state you will be managing. - Acquire NTB institutional clients in Govt, Financial Institutions, Corporates, and TASC segments for the Bank in the assigned state/geography either independently or through your team. - Manage existing relationships, provide top-notch services, and deepen the relationship value. - Develop a strong working relationship with branches in the assigned geography to facilitate effective customer acquisition, servicing, and deepening. - Conduct necessary product training and share proposals with team members and branches in coordination with the product team. - Ensure that performance metrics of RM-RI are met. - Evaluate growth strategies based on competitor analysis and feedback from various channels/customers. - Recommend process changes to enhance service efficiency and quality across the branch network. - Lead a team of Relationship Managers - Retail Institutions, focusing on their development and addressing attrition. - Develop and execute livelihood advancement and community development initiatives. In terms of managerial & leadership responsibilities, you will be expected to: - Attract and retain top talent for key roles within your reporting structure. - Monitor key parameters related to employee productivity, hiring quality, and attrition rates, and implement necessary improvements. - Support teams in achieving growth targets by providing essential assistance. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in BA/BCom/BSc/BBA/BCA/BE/BTech or any other graduate degree. - Relevant experience of 10 to 18 years.,
