Job Description

As an Area Head - Retail Institutions in the Rural Banking department, your role will involve: - Ensuring achievement of budgets assigned to the state you will be managing. - Acquiring NTB institutional clients in Govt, Financial Institutions, Corporates and TASC segments for the Bank in the assigned state / geography through self or through a team. - Managing existing relationships and ensuring the best of services and deepening their relationship value. - Developing superior working relationships with branches in the assigned geography for effective customer acquisition, servicing, and deepening. - Ensuring necessary product training, proposals to the team members and branches in coordination with the product team. - Ensuring performance metrics of RM-RI are met. - Evaluating the growth strategy based on competitor analysis and feedback from different channels/customers. - Recommending process changes to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network. - Managing a team of Relationship Managers - Retail Institutions, taking responsibility for their development and attrition. - Developing and implementing livelihood advancement and community development initiatives. In terms of managerial & leadership responsibilities, you will be expected to: - Attract and retain best-in-class talent for key roles in your reporting structure. - Monitor key parameters on employee productivity, hiring quality, and attrition rates and make necessary improvements. - Enable teams to drive growth targets by providing necessary support. Qualification Required: - Graduation in BA / BCom / BSc / BBA / BCA / BE / BTech or any other graduate degree. - 10 to 18 years of relevant experience.
