Role Overview: As an Area Head at Polar Bear, you will be responsible for overseeing operations across multiple outlets to ensure operational efficiency and high customer satisfaction. Your daily tasks will include managing and mentoring store managers, driving sales performance, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. You will also be tasked with monitoring inventory, coordinating marketing initiatives, and addressing operational challenges promptly. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Shivamogga, Udupi, and Manipal.
