Key Responsibilities: Experience in House hold products. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and targets. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth. Continuously monitor and evaluate sales performance, making adjustments to strategies as needed. Team Management: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team. Provide coaching, guidance, and support to sales representatives to help them achieve their targets. Set clear sales goals and KPIs for the team, and regularly track and evaluate their performance. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients within the area. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and budgets for the area, and ensure targets are met or exceeded. Generate regular sales reports and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Present sales performance updates and insights to senior management as required. Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment of sales strategies and objectives. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to share information, provide updates, and address challenges.
