Area Field Manager

You have a job opportunity where you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a high-performing sales team. Your main responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and targets. - Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. - Monitoring and evaluating sales performance, and making adjustments to strategies as needed. - Recruiting, training, and motivating a sales team. - Providing coaching, guidance, and support to sales representatives to help them achieve their targets. - Setting clear sales goals and KPIs for the team, and tracking their performance regularly. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and clients. - Identifying new business opportunities and strategies to expand the customer base. - Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and in a timely manner. - Preparing accurate sales forecasts and budgets, ensuring targets are met or exceeded. - Generating regular sales reports, analyzing data, and identifying trends and areas for improvement. - Coordinating with other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies and objectives. - Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders to share information, provide updates, and address challenges. As for qualifications, the company is looking for someone with experience in household products, with a total work experience of 6 years preferred.
