Area Engineer-Shut Down

Job Title: Area Engineer

To provide technical engineering support for assigned operational areas, ensuring asset integrity, operational excellence, and safe, efficient delivery of production targets in line with company objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the focal point for all engineering activities within the assigned area.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to Operations and Maintenance teams to ensure safe and reliable operation of facilities.
• Review, analyze, and resolve plant reliability and performance issues, implementing effective solutions.
• Support the planning and execution of maintenance activities, shutdowns, and turnarounds.
• Lead or contribute to Management of Change (MoC) processes within the area.
• Coordinate with discipline engineers (mechanical, process, electrical, instrumentation) to develop and implement engineering solutions.
• Ensure compliance with asset integrity management systems, including corrosion management, RBI, and inspection programs.
• Monitor and optimize production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Support the development and management of area budgets and cost control.
• Contribute to safety reviews, risk assessments, HAZOPs, and incident investigations.
• Liaise with Projects team to integrate modifications and new projects seamlessly into operations.
• Promote a strong safety culture within the area team, ensuring adherence to company HSE policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
