Area Credit Manager-Large Corporate-Credit Appraisal-Delhi

Role Overview: You will be responsible for preparing and amending financial notes and models with correct information gathered from various sources. Your focus will be on preparing credit notes, conducting detailed transaction structuring and assessments for credit facilities, and interacting regularly with collections and sales teams to track delinquencies. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and amend financial notes and models with correct information - Prepare credit notes with detailed transaction structuring and assessment - Interact regularly with collections and sales teams to track delinquencies - Study delinquent cases to derive learning and share insights with the team - Meet customers to understand various industries and markets - Pre-approve and rate clients with exposure more than Rs 500L - Conduct regular training sessions for sales, channel partners, and field sales staff on product policies and processes - Control and monitor post-disbursement documents by interacting with sales and customers - Manage portfolio quality of documentation, post-disbursal documents, and delinquency levels - Work on projects/process improvements - Perform detailed financial analysis, attending to major movements in P&L and Balance sheet - Prepare credit notes detailing transaction structure, credit view, risks, and mitigants - Conduct detailed financial appraisals covering business models, working capital cycles, profitability, etc. - Develop market intelligence by engaging with people in other banks and FIs - Identify automation opportunities in existing processes and new product development - Ensure quality credit underwriting - Raise early warning signals for stress account exits and take timely measures - Ensure minimal audit queries and resolve them within prescribed timelines - Actively participate in customer visits - Prepare regular MIS on market intelligence Qualification Required: - Minimum Degree: MBA/PGDBA/PGPM/CA or Equivalent Role Overview: You will be responsible for preparing and amending financial notes and models with correct information gathered from various sources.
