Area Controller- Inventory and Logistics

1Purpose of the Position

This position is responsible for organizing the controlling function by preparing planning round and budget, monthly forecast and KPI reporting with variance analysis for Inventory Pune Plant, inbound Logistics cost (BNK), Custom Duty (Taxes), Outbound Logistics Cost (SEK) and Rejection for PCBU Operation Vietnam. Budgeting of BNK, TAX, SEK & Rejection, actual reporting, forecasting of the same on monthly basis. Monitoring targets/KPI's and prepare deviation analysis & Group/Brand Management.

Authority:

• Shopping cart approvals & Non PO Invoice approvals based on authority matrix
• MPR pre check and pre approvals as per authority matrix
• Cost improvement ideas approval based on authority matrix in Idea plus
• DLVs pre check and pre approval
• Budget and adjusted budget target alignment with respective departments

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of project costing & budgeting, cost controlling, GL accounts, finance controlling
• Basics knowledge of Production & logistics/ Manufacturing processes
• Ability to work with SAP / ERP systems and skillful in MS Excel/PPT
• Teamwork and high analytical skills

Logistics Cost (BNK/TAX/SEK/ IPK/SGK)

1. Provide accurate and timely provisions on a monthly basis for BNK,TAX, SEK for PCBU operation

2. Report actual BNK (inbound logistic cost), TAX, SEK (outbound Logistics costs), Rejection for PCBU operation. PCBU related material GL Scrutiny in SAP

3. Constantly monitoring inventory levels and MAPs for PCBU business in Pro CKD system and One SAP

4. BNK, TAX, SEK actuals deviations analysis vs budget, forecast

5. Direct material, FG engine and packaging material reconciliation on monthly basis.
