Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Area Collections Manager - Retail MFB - Collections in Manamadurai. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in collections management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the collections process for retail customers.

Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.

Analyze and report on collection performance metrics to senior management.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Lead and motivate a team of collections professionals to achieve targets.

Job

Strong knowledge of collections management principles and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
