Key Responsibilities:

• Location Identification:

  Conduct market research to shortlist high-potential areas for new stores.

• Site Evaluation & Acquisition:

  Coordinate with real estate teams, evaluate sites, negotiate leases, and finalize agreements.

• Expansion Strategy:

  Develop and implement store rollout plans aligned with business goals.

• Cross-Functional Coordination:

  Liaise with internal teams (Ops, Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing) to ensure smooth store openings.

• Regulatory Compliance:

  Secure all statutory approvals and ensure adherence to legal requirements.

• Vendor Management:

  Oversee vendors and contractors for timely store build-out and setup.

• Budget & Cost Control:

  Manage store opening budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.

• Marketing Support:

  Collaborate on launch promotions and opening-day activities.

• Reporting:

  Track project progress, maintain documentation, and present updates to leadership.

• Post-Opening Review:

  Analyze store performance and apply learnings to future expansions.
