Job Description

Job Purpose: The role holder is responsible for ensuring effective sales of IBACO Ice Creams and value-added products within the assigned geographical area. The position requires maintaining compliance with Hatsuns operational standards and supporting the smooth functioning of the IBACO Division. Principal Accountabilities: Ensure timely dispatch of IBACO Ice Creams, toppings, and other value-added products from CFAs to IBACO Exclusive outlets. Ensure daily sales payments are remitted to Hatsun’s bank account without delay. Monitor and enforce proper product display as per the defined planogram. Supervise and guide IBACO outlet staff regarding behavior, dress code, and personal hygiene. Train franchisees on customer service, including greeting and attending to customers. Oversee product merchandising and the display of POP (Point of Purchase) materials. Ensure all sales are billed through the POS machine. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records. Train franchisees in freezer maintenance, including defrosting, and ensure cleanliness and hygiene at the outlet. Key Interactions: Internal: Coordinate with dispatch supervisors at CFAs for product deliveries. Internal: Liaise with Accounts/Audit teams to ensure timely reconciliation of receivables. Internal: Coordinate with the Admin team for new outlet openings and report submissions. Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or field operations. Knowledge: Basic understanding of sales processes and techniques. Familiarity with the local language and geography. Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills. Strong planning and organizing abilities. Ability to influence and build rapport with franchisees and customers. Additional Requirements: Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
