Job Description

  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets and growth in assigned territory.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 7-11 years of experience in FMCG industry with expertise in Distribution Channel Sales or Retail Channel Sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving business targets through effective channel distribution strategies.
  • Strong understanding of Dealer Channel Management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and other stakeholders.
