Job Description:

Titan, a leading jewellery brand, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Business Manager-Retail to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. As the Area Business Manager-Retail, you will be responsible for driving sales and profitability for our Mia Business division in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets for the Mia Business division in the assigned area
• Manage and mentor a team of retail sales staff to ensure they are motivated and equipped to meet sales targets
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing and promotional activities
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area
