Area Business Manager - Florina - Solapur

As an Area Business Manager at Zuventus Healthcare Ltd., you will be responsible for leading a team in the Florina department located in Solapur, Maharashtra, India. Your role will involve various key responsibilities: - Acquire the required product knowledge through training programs, cycle meetings, and on-the-job training. - Communicate and collaborate with subordinates to align on goals. - Ensure the complete implementation of strategies and systems as directed. - Focus on team retention and talent acquisition. - Induct new employees following company policies and code of conduct. - Manage vacant territories effectively. - Guide team members in issue resolution with stockists and chemists. - Create and submit tour programs for yourself and the team according to guidelines. - Conduct monthly analysis of Primary/Secondary sales, customer coverage, etc. - Connect with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and Key Business Leaders (KBL) to build relationships. - Inform subordinates about incentive schemes. - Drive the achievement of annual targets for all HQ and new launches. - Develop team members in detailing, product knowledge, RCPA, and in-clinic effectiveness. - Identify new business opportunities and maintain discipline and work ethics within the team. - Organize academic activities for doctors such as CME and conferences. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduation in B.Sc or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Diploma in Pharmacy. - Strong communication, presentation, influencing, selling, team management, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
