Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Salary: 25000 to ₹30,000 + incentive.

Job Summary :
We are hiring an Area Business Executive (ABE) for Bhopal to manage and drive business growth in the ICRM domain. The candidate should have prior experience in FMCG or ICRM industry and strong market knowledge of the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Manage and expand dealer/distributor network within the assigned area.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising in general trade outlets.
• Build strong relationships with retailers and channel partners.
• Conduct regular market visits to assess competition and identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for promotional activities and schemes.
• Track and analyze sales performance and submit reports to management.
• candidate have experience in Team handle , Area handle .

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline .
• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG or ICRM domain.
• Strong understanding of general trade operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
