Job Description

  • Expanding business in the new & existing marketplace; building & maintaining better relationship with clients/ Customers/end users and managing accountability.
  • Business Development from Builders, Contractor and other Stake Holders.
  • Generating leads in Retail and Project sales.
  • People & Processes Management
  • Team Handling, Training, Guiding, Leading & Motivating the Team.
  • User & Influencers Development
  • Producing demand by conducting shop meet, contractor & sub-dealer meets, and distributing samples/gifts/POP-PPS to the channel partners by Team.

Market Development

  • Market Development of companys focus products and enhancement of sales through various marketing initiatives/drives.
  • Driving Marketing Initiatives like- Counter meet, user meet etc.
  • Business development through market visit at End Users/site

User & Influencers Development

  • To drive user life cycle management.
  • Responsible for meeting end user connect targets for the sales area.
  • Responsible for tertiary targets, segment wise, of the sales area.
  • Development of New Key Accounts.
  • Key user development through trainings as well as product application trials.
  • Product specification through influencers like Architects, Interior Designers.

Training & Development

  • Conducting formal and informal (SGA) meetings as per allocated calendar (Product Knowledge training -as per business plan /Application Training/ Training on Planning and Implementation of Market Development Module/ How to conduct user development meets) for TSMs/ BDMs/ Key end users.
  • Driving Performance and grooming of low performing BDMs.
  • Ensuring Brand building activities through BTL activities & act as liaison between Brand & sales team for assigned Geography.

Launching & Promotion of new Products

  • Launching of products: Driving of end user connect program.
  • Promotion of new products/applications

Market Research

  • To conduct market research and collect systematic feedback from users| retailers| team.
  • To generate market intelligence and track competitors activity.

BTL Promotion activity

  • Execution of BTL activities like SGA, large contractors meet, etc.
  • Coordinate for BTL activities executed by Sales officers in the territory.
  • Lead the events, exhibition, and other User/ Influencers activities
