Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Architectural Drafter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for turning design concepts into precise technical drawings that guide our project execution. You will collaborate with interior designers, architects, and project stakeholders to ensure drawings are accurate, aligned with regulations, and ready for implementation. Key Responsibilities Technical Drawing: Develop detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents using AutoCAD and SketchUp. Design Translation: Convert design ideas, sketches, and mood boards into technical drawings while ensuring alignment with project goals and standards. Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers and architects to understand project requirements and provide timely drafting support. Drawing Revisions: Update and revise drawings based on client feedback and design iterations. Quality Assurance: Review all drawings for technical accuracy, compliance with codes, and internal standards. File Management: Maintain organized documentation of all drawings, including file versioning and project archives. Coordination: Communicate effectively with internal team members, consultants, and contractors as needed. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural or interior design drafting. Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp. Solid understanding of drafting principles, building codes, and construction techniques. High attention to detail with the ability to produce clean, accurate drawings. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field is preferred.
