To strengthen our BIM Engineering team, we are looking for an experienced Senior MEP BIM Modeler with strong technical proficiency in Revit and a deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for international projects.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled BIM Professional proficient in Revit (Architecture & Structure) to support both new and existing projects. The ideal candidate must have a clear understanding of domain concepts, strong expertise in parametric and non-parametric family creation, and the ability to develop accurate and detailed BIM models. The role requires close coordination with project teams, preparation of high-quality architectural drawings, and flexibility to work onsite when required. This is a Work-From-Office (WFO) position.

Key Responsibilities:

· Create various types of Revit families, including parametric, non-parametric, type-based, and instance-based families, aligned with project requirements.

· Develop 3D BIM-coordinated models in Revit Architecture and Structure as per specified standards and best practices.

· Generate plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings from 3D BIM models for projects of varying scales and complexities.

· Prepare complete, accurate, and well-annotated architectural drawings.

· Work on both new and existing projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely delivery.

· Collaborate with project teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project coordination.

· Utilize software such as Navisworks, Recap, or Cloud Compare for Scan-to-BIM workflows (as required).

· Communicate effectively within the team and proactively ask questions to improve clarity and project outcomes.

· Adapt to project-specific needs, including onsite visits if required.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Education: B.Tech/B.E. (Civil/Architecture) or Diploma in Civil/Architecture.

· Experience: Around 2 to 4 years in BIM, Revit modeling, or related fields.

· Technical Skills:

· Proficient in Revit (Architecture & Structure).

· Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (2D & 3D).

· Familiarity with Scan-to-BIM tools such as Navisworks, Recap, or Cloud Compare.

· Good drafting skills and working knowledge of MS Office.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,980.42 per month
