ABOUT CONSERVE: Group Established in 2016 in Qatar, to serve the Construction Sector with Engineering Design Support Services to companies in Asia, Middle East, Europe, Australia, Canada, US and other parts of the world, we are an exponentially growing engineering company with 600+ People across the globe. Conserve provides wide range of services for green building and MEP solutions. Engineering design and support such as Architectural drawings, Structural drawings, MEP, BIM modeling, CAD services and 3D scanning. Sustainability such as LEED services, GSAS services, Energy services, CXA commissioning, Environmental services, Acoustical services, CEEQUAL consultancy services and BREEAM. Simulation and analysis such as Simulation engineering, Structural analysis, Stress analysis, Surge analysis, Computational fluid dynamics, detailed engineering services and Building envelope design and simulation. Thermal Imaging - Infrared Thermography. SKILL: Proficient in Revit and Navisworks. Ability to create and modify architectural families. Capable of independent modeling for architectural elements. Ability to understand and deliver accurate, data-rich BIM models tailored for architectural design, documentation, coordination, and lifecycle management. Prepare and Align workflows assigned with ISO 19650 standards, supporting both design consultants and delivery teams across all project phases. Prepare Photorealistic and Stylized Renderings (Interior & Exterior). Strong skills in Real-time visualization using VRay, Photoshop and Lumion. Strong Proficiency in Revit, Sketchup, Navisworks, and BIM tools. Ability to independently handle complex architectural modeling. Expertise in architectural detailing, documentation, and modeling best practices. Strong MS Office skills. Familiarity with BIM Standards and project-specific manuals. Strong in communication, team coordination and reporting skills. Basic knowledge of architectural detailing and construction techniques. Basic proficiency in MS Office. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop architectural BIM models from LOD 300 to LOD 500. Prepare plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings. Assist in clash detection and coordination tasks using Navisworks. Support Senior BIM Modelers and BIM Leads in daily tasks. Ensure quality and timely delivery of assigned work. Maintain organized project documentation. Highlight and escalate issues to senior team members. Extract schedules and BOQs from Revit models. Perform basic QA checks to ensure consistency. Ensure model version control and change documentation. Conduct periodic model audits and quality assurance checks. Support Senior team in Design Development and Construction Documentation Ability to understand and do Model-Based Quantity Take-Offs and Elemental BOQs. Expertise in Interdisciplinary Coordination and Clash Detection. Strong knowledge in Clash detection and coordination with MEP/Structural. Ability to understand and do BIM Implementation of Interior Fit-Out and FF&E elements. Develop Revit content creation and BIM library management. Ability to do Scan-to-BIM (Laser Scans / Point Cloud Conversion). Prepare As-built and renovation models from scans or drawings. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Should possess 2 to 3 years experience in BIM Modeling. Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360. Possess Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skill. Preferred - Experience in Gulf Project.
