Architectural Interns

What You’ll Work On

• ✏️ Assist in

  concept & schematic designs

• 🏗️ Prepare working drawings & municipal submission drawings

  (DCPR / UDCPR)
• 🧱 Create

  3D models, renders, and visualizations

• 📐 Conduct site visits

  , surveys & documentation
• 📊 Develop

  presentations, feasibility reports & design documents

• 🤝 Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Legal, and PMC teams

Skills We Love

• AutoCAD (✨ Mandatory)
• SketchUp / Revit (Bonus!)
• Basic understanding of building by-laws
• Good design sense & detailing
• Strong communication & teamwork
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
