· Preparing error-free drawings - 30%
· Precise detailing of the plan 25%
· Accurate area calculations 25%
· Preparing Municipal and Working drawings
· Detailing of the plan, after approval from Project architect
· Built-up area calculations, Balcony calculations, FSI consumption etc. as per respective norms, detailing of elevations and sections, parking requirement calculations, L.V calculations, carpet area calculations, plot area calculations etc.
· Finishing of Drawings.
· Preparing presentation plans
· Preparing 3D models in sketch-up
· Prioritizing projects with approvals from Project teams.
· Formatting and printing of drawing sheets
· Site supervision including measurement checking.
