Job Title: Architectural Draftsman Location: Kiwale, Pune Company: Sentosa Properties Project: Residential Township – 750 Units Reporting to: Project Manager Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site Role Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Architectural Draftsman to join our team for a large-scale residential development project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate working drawings, modifying consultant layouts as per site requirements, coordinating with architectural and MEP consultants, and supporting the construction team with updated technical drawings. Key Responsibilities: Prepare 2D architectural drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings as per design inputs. Modify and adapt consultant drawings (Architect, RCC, MEP, Landscape) as required for site execution. Ensure drawings comply with UDPCR, PCMC bye-laws, and project specifications. Work closely with Project Manager and Design Coordinator for drawing finalization and timely updates. Prepare GFC (Good for Construction) and as-built drawings. Maintain a digital and physical drawing register for revisions and issuance. Liaise with site team for dimensional coordination and clarifications. Assist in preparing technical presentations and submission drawings (RERA, Commencement Certificate, etc.). Support walkthrough and 3D visual teams with drawing inputs. --- Key Skills Required: Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D a must), SketchUp/Revit (preferred but not mandatory) Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings Knowledge of UDPCR norms, local municipal codes, and FSI guidelines Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple revisions Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple consultants --- Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering 3–7 years of experience in residential real estate or township projects Prior experience in working on large-scale multi-building layouts is preferred --- CTC Range: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience) --- Apply with your resume and portfolio of past projects Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
