Architectural Draftsman

Job Title: AutoCAD Draftsman – Interior Design Projects
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time (Flexible)

About Us:
We are a Dubai-based interior design studio specializing in residential renovations and turnkey interiors. We are looking for a talented AutoCAD Draftsman to support our design team with precise, well-organized technical drawings across a variety of renovation and fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be required to prepare the following sets of drawings for each project:

• Detailed Bathroom Layouts & Elevations
• Floor Plans with accurate measurements and furniture placement
• Material Selection & BOQ Lists
• RCP (Reflected Ceiling Plan)
• Electrical Layouts (lighting, power points, switches)
• Flooring Layouts (tiles, wood, carpet transitions)
• Joinery Details (as required)
• Coordinated drawings aligned with site measurements and designer inputs

Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Experience with interior design drawing standards
• Ability to work with hand sketches, site photos, and concept references
• Good understanding of MEP coordination (basic level)
• Ability to deliver clean, layered, and printable DWG files
• Attention to detail and consistency in annotations and dimensions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Based in India or Dubai
• Minimum 5 years of drafting experience
• Availability for quick turnaround projects
• Experience in residential projects is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
