Architectural Draftsman

We are looking for a skilled Architectural Draftsman with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience to join our team.

Key Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in technical drawings and construction documentation such as the one listed below.

1. Detailed carpentry and interior drawings.

2. Civil and construction drawings.

3. Plumbing drawings.

4. Electrical drawings.

• Proficiency in creating and managing a project specific drawing list to ensure drawings are made as per their designated stages and then released to site within their due timeline.
• Willingness to be actively involved in on-site coordination, including liaising with contractors, understanding site conditions, and ensuring drawings translate accurately during execution.
• Solid technical understanding of interior and architectural detailing and the ability to translate design intent into clear, buildable drawings.
• Familiarity with industry-standard drafting software mentioned below.

Who Were Looking For:

We are looking for a motivated and dependable professional with an acute sense to formulate and execute key design detail through detailed drawings, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to take on extended responsibilities beyond defined roles as the organization evolves. A background in architecture or civil engineering will be considered a strong advantage.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating in both English and Hindi, be highly organized, disciplined, and consistently meet deadlines. You should also be comfortable managing tasks and documentation for long-duration projects spanning 1–2 years, with the ability to maintain focus, structure, and momentum throughout the project life cycle.
