Role Description

This full-time, on-site Architectural Draftsman role is based in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include preparing architectural and construction drawings, assisting with detailed planning and designs, and ensuring projects align with specifications and standards. The Architectural Draftsman will collaborate with the design and construction teams to contribute to the creation of innovative and high-quality living spaces.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architectural Drawings and knowledge of Architecture principles
• Experience in Planning and preparing Construction Drawings
• Strong skills in technical Drawing and design software
• Attention to detail and the ability to deliver precise work
• Understanding of construction materials, techniques, and standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Prior work experience in the construction or architectural industry is a plus
