Architectural Drafter

This is a full-time permanent onsite role for an Architectural Draughtsman/Draftswoman in Ranchi.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman with 6 months-2 years of hands-on experience in AUTOCAD to join our dynamic team at Metarch Studios, Ranchi.

He / She should have ability to understand the design and spaces to develop Construction and Architectural drawings in AutoCAD as per the finalized design under the guidance of Principal Architect. Hands-on AutoCAD knowledge and strong civil basic are must.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural drawings and structural drawings and documentation using AUTOCAD.
• Prepare working drawings, construction documents, and presentation layouts.
• Ensure that all drawings comply with local building byelaws and applicable codes
• Conduct basic quantity take-offs or material estimation when required.
• Support site team with updated drawing revisions and layout clarifications

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Architecture /Drafting/Civil.
• Auto CAD drafting certification.
• 0–2 years of experience in architectural drafting.
• Familiarity with local municipal byelaws (Jharkhand preferred).
• Knowledge of MEP drawings will be an added advantage.
