Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead and oversee the creative direction and execution of our luxury projects. The ideal candidate is an accomplished designer with a refined aesthetic, strong leadership abilities, and an exceptional eye for detail. You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, artisans, and our in-house team to bring elevated design concepts to life from concept through completion. Key Responsibilities Lead the creative development of interior design projects from concept through installation. Develop design narratives, space plans, FF&E selections, and detailed material palettes aligned with the studio's aesthetic standards. Prepare and present compelling design presentations, mood boards, and client proposals. Oversee project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications. Manage and mentor junior designers, providing guidance on design development and technical execution. Collaborate with external partnersarchitects, contractors, vendors, and artisansto ensure design intent is realized to the highest standard. Conduct site visits, review installations, and maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables with precision and professionalism. Maintain knowledge of luxury materials, bespoke furniture, and emerging design trends. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. 7+ years of professional experience in high-end residential and/or hospitality design. Proven track record managing complex, large-scale projects from concept to completion. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office; Revit experience a plus. Exceptional presentation, communication, and client relationship skills. A highly developed design sensibility with a deep understanding of craftsmanship, detailing, and spatial composition. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with grace under pressure.
